Terms & Conditions:
Prior to your wedding day, we require from you two copies of a list of images (photographs) which you wish for us to capture, especially anything or anyone which may be out of the ordinary, for example visitors from abroad or work mates, whilst experience has taught us what is the norm! we require such a list so as to ensure that we dont miss any shots which may be special to you, as we do not know your family and guests this list will help us along with the cooperation of your attendants (best man & chief bridesmaid) to organise groups etc.
Wedding photography unlike studio photography, provides us with very little, if any opportunity to take control of the lighting conditions, ambient lighting which in some venues is quit poor, from a photographic point of view, often leaves much to be desired, we will however endeavour always to capture the best images possible given the prevailing conditions.
Often the positioning of subjects (guests) in particular for group photographs, can be a problem it is therefore essential that you inform your best man & chief bridesmaid or others, that we will call upon them to assist us in organising your guests through out the day, a copy of the list must be given to each of them prior to your wedding day in order that they may familiarise themselves with the task in hand.
There will be occasions through out the day when we (the photographers) will be out of sight of the main wedding party, for example whilst you and your guests are having your wedding breakfast,(main meal) as we do not take photographs during this/these periods, it is essential that we be kept informed as to the progress of the proceedings (this responsibility is normally undertaken by your best man),(it is however your responsibility to inform him or whoever else you may nominate as your coordination/liaison officer as to his/her duties on the day) in order that we are informed prior to and in good time of any event, such as cutting the cake or the commencement of the speeches and presentations, in order that we are on hand to resume the photography/videography as and when required.
Photograph albums: A linen bound 15 x 11 inch ivory album is included in all of our packages,(with the exception of the basic £395 package) should this or any of our range of albums become unavailable for whatever reason, it/they will be replaced at our discretion, by an album/albums of a similar quality.There are several album options available for you to choose from, should you choose from the leather bound range there will be an increase of £25.
Our style of wedding day video recording is in the video diary format, we create and deliver to you, in DVD format, live events as they occur on the day with the original soundtrack, what you get is what we see through our camcorder lenses, this we feel captures the natural un-staged feeling of the day, with very little if any post camera editing. We do however offer a more comprehensive editing service, should you wish to make more changes to the original i.e. adding still slides, and other soundtracks such as voice-overs and additional music tracks. This service is charged at the rate of £65.00 per hour.
To help you to choose which images are to be included in your wedding album, you will be supplied with a CD/DVD containing all of the images captured on you special day, along with A4 sheets of the images to make the selection easier. We expect that you will return your selections back to us, within what we would deem to be a reasonable period (within 3 months after your wedding day), should we have not received your selections within a six month period, it will be assumed that for whatever reason you no longer require your images in whatever format, and you will be removed from our system, if after this removal you wish for us to proceed with the processing of your images and album/video, there will be a charge of £275. payable in advance before this work re-commences.
